I reached out to Katie to review my homeowner’s and auto policies as I had not done a review in a while. Katie listened to what I was hoping to cover, reviewed my policies, and presented me with comparisons that were easy to understand. She not only made the process simple, but she also got me more complete coverage for less than what I was paying, and it’s good knowing that I have someone to call if an issue arises. Highly recommend New Oak Insurance.

Katelyn helped us with Auto and Home owners insurance, helping us save money, the 3 year rate lock on auto is great. The thing that sets her apart is the time she takes to really teach the customer about their policy and the options we have to protect our investments. I never had any agent go through the policy with me, line by line. You will have a much greater understanding of your policy and how to protect yourself if you work with Katelyn and New Oak Insurance Company.

Katie Atkinson was great when I asked for an insurance quote. Everything was very easy to read and understand. She also did a video call to discuss in further detail. Her professionalism was excellent. My husband and I did not feel pressured or rushed and we were able to take our time and make the best decision. Highly recommended!!

Katie at New Oak really knows her stuff. She works hard to understand your needs and explains things in plain English. When was the last time an insurance agent told you you did NOT need a particular coverage? I've only had one "get to know you" meeting with Katie so far, but I think I have a new agent!
